About

Meet Lindsay

M.D. and Certified Coach

I am an Emergency Medicine Physician and Certified Coach with a passion for helping people find clarity, resilience, fulfillment and purpose. I bring a unique perspective and real-world experience to my work, shaped by years of work in the ER, a personal journey through cancer, and the daily adventure of being a parent.

My path to coaching was deeply personal. While navigating life as a physician on the front lines of an increasingly strained healthcare system and parent of young children, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. That experience gave me an entirely new perspective—not only on healthcare, but on life, identity, and what it means to truly care for ourselves. I discovered coaching and it was transformational in my own healing, helping me find clarity and purpose amid uncertainty.  My life-changing experience as a client inspired me to pursue formal coaching certification through the University of British Columbia.

Now, I work with healthcare workers, busy parents, professionals and leaders who are feeling stuck, burned out, or ready for change. My certification includes expertise in Organizational Coaching where I work with groups and teams within an organization or small business to foster a positive, inclusive workplace, strengthen communication, increase efficiency and unite team members toward common goals and long-term success. My approach to coaching is practical, down-to-earth, and personally tailored around your unique goals and priorities. I provide a supportive space to pause, reflect, and build meaningful, sustainable strategies for growth—both personally and professionally.

I continue to enjoy my work as an emergency physician, and coaching complements the urgency, intensity, and at times pure chaos, of the emergency department. It also provides me with a fulfilling balance: the opportunity to connect, support, and empower others in a way that’s personal, meaningful, and lasting. When I’m not at work, I love to travel, spend time in nature, and show up for my most important (and wildest) job of all: parenting.

As your coach, I’ll serve as your personal thinking partner—offering dedicated time and space for you to focus on meaningful personal and professional development. My role is to support, motivate, challenge, and empower you to unlock your full potential.

Together, we’ll create practical, personalized strategies tailored to your goals and lifestyle. Our work will centre around developing a plan that’s not only achievable but sustainable—ensuring real, lasting success.

Every coaching relationship is unique. Depending on your needs, our work may include asking powerful questions, offering fresh perspectives, acting as a sounding board, and identifying what’s holding you back. We’ll work to challenge any self-limiting beliefs or thought patterns that may be standing in your way.

My approach is practical, down-to-earth, compassionate, and grounded in real-life experience. I’m here to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
